ADAVB President Dr Susan Wise said:

The ADAVB values commitment to quality training for all staff within the dental practice so all practice staff members are involved in the best care of their patients. Our partnership with BOQ Specialist recognises that together we promote continuing education for all dental staff. This year’s deserving recipient, Dr Kathleen de Castella, and her team are committed to staff training and the value of this training has real benefits on the health of their patients and the wider community.

BOQ Specialist CEO Dr Brett Robinson concluded:

Over the 25 years BOQ Specialist has provided distinctive banking solutions to dentists we have continually seen the benefits and opportunities that upskilling and ongoing training brings to practices. We congratulate Dr de Castella for her focus on delivering the highest quality care to her patients through continuous education for her and her team.
